We cover a small niche of projects that demand a high level of experience, where other consultants have less focus on execution, and the management cannot do the job for different reasons.

Following this understanding, we do not see ourselves as competitors to the M&A advisors, restructuring consultants, and other advisors in the market. Marc Troesser
Managing Director

Marc Troesser founded the company in 2011 after starting his career at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. With over ten years of experience in interim management, restructuring, corporate finance, and corporate real estate, Marc has helped more than 30 mid-sized companies and large corporations to overcome different challenges. His clients are, among others, mainly in the automotive, construction, consumer goods, logistics, manufacturing, and real estate industries. Marc is trilingual in German, English, and Spanish with a strong international focus gained through various projects across five continents. Marc Troesser is an alumnus of the EBS European Business School, Oestrich-Winkel, Germany (B.Sc.).

No industry and no company can truly be considered safe from a crisis. There are a large variety of reasons both internal and external that can trigger a crisis. Particularly in today’s business environment marked by rapid change, companies may find themselves amid an industry-wide disruption. Only one factor is certain: large restructuring processes require different competencies to ensure a crisis can be navigated and overcome. Every concept has to be proven in practice. This is where our in-depth knowledge and experience of restructuring comes in.
